Where do I begin!!!! We had just about everything going on this weekend. First off, we provided lighting to the Fur Ball for the Stevens Swan’s Human Society. What a beautiful event for such a special cause.
Then we started our Saturday bright and early. We were off to the ALS of Utica Walk/Run at SUNY IT. As many of you know I lost my Uncle to “Lou Gehrig’s” Disease back in 2011. I will continue to fight for and support those who are effected by this AWFUL disease with NO CURE, but I am confident we will soon find one. “Team Uncle Mike” was there strong in a sea of green walking for those who can’t. Over 1,000 people attended this year and raised over $102,000.00 - We had many teams this year participating as well. It’s so amazing to see all these families come together. It is a constant reminder that you are never alone in this battle. Thank you to Sherry Deperno and all of ALS of Utica that came out that day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
After that, we were off to the beautiful Vernon’s Downs! Preparing for Ashley and Bryan’s big day. What a beautiful couple. I went to high school with Ashley! It’s so crazy we are married now, starting our lives…where does time go? Ashley and Bryan had a black and pink wedding! They love motorcycles so they had small details such as the table numbers being motorcycles and special touches throughout the day. It was a beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple.
We then started preparing for another wedding Saturday for the AWESOME!!! Marissa and Jeff. They celebrated with family and friends at Hotel Utica. What a beautiful reception they had. They’re theme was simple and classy. Charcoal and light pink decorated the room that day. Marissa even changed her dress to move and grove all night on the dance floor. They are so much fun!

I will have an updated blog shortly of vendors, decor, themes & photo’s.
Bella’s will be closed for the next week, everyone enjoy their memorial day weekend. When we get back we are in full swing on June 1st for a beautiful wedding at Valentino’s Banquet Hall along with a ….. well it’s a surprise fiesta so I can’t spill the beans :X
Thank you to everyone that made this weekend possible. XO’s!

Where do I begin?! We started the season off right this weekend. With a baby shower for a princess. Brittany is the momma to be!! She looks amazing. I am so jealous of her! She wore heels to her shower, so lucky!!! haha.
We dressed the Ramada in PINK!! We decorated the ceiling for Brit’s big day! We also had mason jar with floating candles as a part of the centerpieces. It was so vintage and soft, the whole theme was beautiful. I enjoyed working with her Mom and sisters! They are so sweet and ready to meet this baby. The best part… HARRY PROPOSED! I am so happy for this couple. May God Bless them in their future and with their baby girl. Health and Happiness.
Thank you Brit, Harry and your families for allowing me and my staff to share in your special day. We loved the pink, everything!

I can’t believe March is basically over. Easter will be here this weekend, then that’s it!! Where has time gone? We start our season off in April, then its nothing but go time from there. We have almost 40 events from April until November!!! We couldn’t be happier. Its my clients and community that push me. I love working with several different religions, families, non-for-profits, children and more. We range from baby showers to barn weddings. Working all over NYS this year. Even traveling some of our furthest lengths yet. Our biggest trend this year would have to be rustic & adirondacks. We had a little towards the end of last years season with Mamie and Louis outdoor extravaganza, and the trend is still going on this season. Our next biggest trend would have to be our candy bars and dessert displays. We love working with local bakeries and cake artist to incorporate that old retro feel on a great wedding favor. What guest doesn’t love candy?!
I will keep you updated with all our weddings and events. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. God Bless you all!

Wow, we have been so busy, but that is no excuse for us to not update our blog…shame on us! We had a great and busy summer and an exceptional fall. I am so blessed and honored with great and loyal customers. My brides, sweet 16’ers, 1 year old princesses are the best! I am so grateful. We have recently expanded our business. We now have a store front. Right now we are by appointment only as we work on the shop. I am in with jDesigns! www.jdesignsny.com check out their work. There is a sublimation printing company as well & sign company in our office which really makes for one stop party planning needs. How perfect is that!?! We are up to about 30 weddings this season so far and there is room for more. I will update you soon on some of the latest trends…CHEVRON/ BLACK/ WHITE and YELLOW! & some other popular and unique idea’s.
I also started a new business venture. I felt like the weddings were over and I was losing contact with brides that I have developed close bonds with…but they were having babies — then it clicked! An online children’s boutique <3 It’s so much fun and truly is another passion I have came across =) check us out at www.beansandbutter.com or on facebook at facebook.com/beansbutter
Thank you for your continued support!

What an amazing weekend we had. We spent it in the beautiful Adirondacks!!! We are so blessed to live in central New York where paradise is right in our backyard. Our venue was Camp Nazarath and our catered host was the wonderful Valentino’s Banquet Hall in Washington Mills, NY. Our day started with the girls at one camp and the men getting ready at the camp just down the river. It was a beautiful sunny day and the ceremony took place just in front of the water. The girls wore beautiful coral dresses and the bride was dressed in Vera Wang and a head piece that was to die for!! Guest were gathered closed while Mayor Palmieri guided us through the ceremony. Coriale Flowers in Utica, NY provided arrangements, centerpieces and flowers for the bridal party. Everything was just beautiful. After the 3:30pm ceremony cock tail hour started. Valentino’s provided food for the guest during this party rockin’ hour! There was a fountain flowing with martini glasses rolled in coral sugar, along with a table full of Italian meats, cheeses and more! Their staff severed the guest in white gloves, it was like the royal wedding! We then moved into the beautiful tent provided by the Tent Gallery. This was a brand new tent!! It was amazing. French doors, entry ways, a small sushi tent, just wonderful! We always enjoy working with Julia and her staff! Her help is so much fun and professional. We always have a good time preparing for others big day. Once you entered the tent, their was ice sculptures that were like non other from the Ice Farm. Shrimp flowing from one ice sculpture and thee new Mr. and Mrs. last name in the other. Guest were welcomed into the tent food being passed, sushi set up and signature pastas and Italian foods provided by Valentino’s. Everything looked great! WE LOVE YOU VALENTINO’s!!!! Classy cakes provided the rustic Adirondack themed cake. So beautiful! Everyone danced the night away! It was a night to remember. The couples friend Scott kept the party going all night, he was a great DJ! We all had so much fun! The bride is so talented! From her centerpieces being stacked on old books to bird seed and paper cones being tossed at the end of the ceremony. She is my real life “Etsy!” She made just about everything you saw in the tent. I loved it all. She is so creative and fun, maybe that is why she is an art teacher!!! I wish I had half of her talent and patience! Thank you Mamie and Louis for such a wonderful experience. We had a blast! We can’t wait to see you when you return from Mexico!!! We wish you all the best. Now hurry home so we can play with your doggies (whom wore tuxes and had their own chairs at the ceremony)!! Health and happiness always, thank you again from the bottom of my heart!
